Some people call me the space cowboy
I've been making an effort recently to get healthier as i'm sure most of you know by now. I've lost a bit of weight and gained a bit of muscle so i'm quite happy at that... I want to lose a little more weight and hopefully be able to see my stomache muscles then i'll be happy. Though also I want to settle down a little bit. I won't get horribly plastered very often. Maybe every now and again there shall be a tequilla challenge but thats all. I'll have a couple of drinks and go to the pubs and clubs every now and again. Hopefully I can find someone i can settle down with and go out to movies with and enjoy their general company. Someone I can have an intelligent conversation and still has a personality. I think i'd like that, especially going back to uni now. I need someone to keep me company while im studying and someone i can keep company while they are doing whatever they do.
I might start going for a run in the mornings too. I'm going to start eating properly again now, so hopefully going for a regular run will keep the weight off. Ok so maybe i'm just saying this, who knows whether or not i actually will. Though i've kept my pushups and situps going. I've been doing my 20 pushups and 30 situps in the morning occasionally some more at night.
I think tomoro i'll drive to clayton to get my text books and stuff for uni. Might be interesting to read. Anyone up for a drive?
Does anyone have a plan for their life?
Personally mine's a loose plan, more of a guideline perhaps. I want to finish my course, do my honours year then try to get work in research. Hopefully if i can get paid to do the research for my PhD then i'll do that if i can. I'd like to meet the girl i want to spend my life with by then. Hopefully move into a house with them by the time im 25-26 get married at 27-28. I would look for a house not too far from here actually if i was working at CSIRO which is where most graduate students work. I'd want 2 boys and a girl when i have kids.
Anyone else got any plans?

Yeah I have a bit of a plan, though it involves branches where I havn't decided which way to go yet.
I figure I'll finish my course and probably do my honours year, by which time i'll be 23 I believe. In the meantime i'll keep practicing my martial arts and might even be almost an instructor rank by then. After uni i plan to go to japan and teach english for a year and learn more martial arts. After that I dunno. Probably will either do some postgrad stuff or get a job, though these days I'm not sure if I'd rather focus my life on martial arts or on science. Just have to see what happens.
I have a plan. Hopefully this year I'll stop being so lazy and actually start it.
